How do I order or get a price?

Send us the product, stone and size on WhatsApp +92 316 1047331, or use the Request a Quote form. We reply with a quote. Prices depend on the stone, size, thickness, carving work and delivery, so we quote each order. Quotes are valid for 10 days.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We make single pieces for home owners, stock for showrooms, pieces for exhibitions, and full container orders for projects. See Wholesale & Trade.

How long does an order take?

Ready stock ships after payment. Made-to-order times (normal, depending on size and handwork): handicrafts about 15 days; tables 7 to 10 days (lapis lazuli tables about 40 days); fountains 7 to 15 days, fine carving up to 2 months, large luxury fountains with lights, spray ring and remote 2 to 3 months. We confirm the time in your quote.

What are the payment terms?

Ready stock: 100% advance. Made to order: 50% advance and 50% before dispatch. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

What slab sizes and thickness do you supply?

Slabs are mostly 2 cm (about 3/4 inch) thick. Large gangsaw slabs go up to about 8 x 10 ft; common sizes are 6 x 8, 8 x 9 and 8 x 10 ft. We also cut to size, for example 24 x 24 in (61 x 61 cm) and 24 x 48 in (61 x 122 cm). Raw blocks are also available.

What finishes do you offer?

Polished (including epoxy polish on an Italian automatic polishing line), and other finishes depending on the stone. Stair edges can be round (bullnose) or mitred 45 degrees. Ask us for the finish you need.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver from Karachi to cities across Pakistan, including DHA and Bahria Town projects in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and Cantt areas.

Do you export?

Yes. We ship worldwide, mostly to the UK, USA and Europe. Shipping cost depends on weight, packing and destination, and is included in your quote.

Can you make a custom design?

Yes. Send a photo, drawing or size and we make it in the stone you choose. See Custom Orders. We do not make statues, chess boards or wine glasses.

What is Backlit Stone?

Backlit Stone is natural stone that lets light pass through, so it glows when lit from behind. It is used for walls, kitchen islands, bars and reception desks. See Backlit Stone.

How do I care for marble?

Wipe spills quickly, especially acidic ones like lemon, vinegar and tea, which can dull the polish. Clean with a soft cloth and a mild, pH-neutral cleaner. Sealing helps protect kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
