Last updated: 9 October 2026

Every piece from Karachi Marble & Handicraft is made from natural stone in our workshop in Karachi, Pakistan, and shipped to customers around the world. Please read this page before ordering.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Karachi, Pakistan. If you are not sure whether we deliver to your country, message us on WhatsApp before you order.

Processing time

  • Ready-stock items (small decor pieces) are usually packed and dispatched within a few working days.
  • Made-to-order and custom items are cut and finished after your order is confirmed. We will tell you the expected production time when you order, based on the size and design.

Shipping cost

Natural stone is heavy, so shipping is calculated by weight, size and destination. For large items such as slabs, tables, sinks and fountains, we give you an exact shipping quote before you pay. Smaller items can be quoted the same way on request.

Packing

Each item is wrapped and packed to protect it in transit, and large or fragile pieces are packed in strong crates where needed. We record a video of your item and its packing before dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send you the tracking number and courier details by email or WhatsApp.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping cost, and are paid by the buyer. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Delivery problems

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is delayed or returned because of a wrong address or unpaid customs charges, any extra shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged on arrival

Please record a continuous unboxing video when you open your parcel. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with the video and photos. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
