These terms apply to all orders and quotations from Karachi Marble & Handicraft, Karachi, Pakistan. By placing an order or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment Terms
Ready-stock items
- 100% advance payment is required.
- The item is dispatched after full payment is received.
Made-to-order and custom items
- 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order. Production starts once the advance is received.
- The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery. The item is dispatched once the balance is received.
Payment method
- Payment is made by direct bank transfer. Our bank details are sent by email and WhatsApp after you place an order.
- Please use your order or quotation number as the payment reference.
- Any bank or transfer charges are paid by the buyer.
2. Quotations and Prices
- All quotations are valid for 10 days from the date they are issued.
- After 10 days, prices may change because of stone availability, material costs or shipping rates, and a new quotation may be needed.
- Prices on the website are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
3. Natural Stone
Marble, onyx, travertine and other natural stones are products of nature. Colour, veining, pattern and small natural marks will vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from photos. These variations are not defects; they make every piece unique.
4. Production and Delivery Time
Delivery and production times are estimates and are confirmed with each order. Made-to-order items are produced after the advance payment is received.
5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. Custom and made-to-order items are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
